Mike Nickelatti, of Nickelatti Construction stopped in tonight for a second look at the project. There were several areas that were unclear before all the demolition. We have a project list for this weekend, in preparation for the concrete work for the new basement access stairs from the breezeway.

He and his subcontractors will take over soon for concrete work, framing, electrical, plumbing, heating and drywall.
