Before pictures

The office "almost" before. The space between the closet and the doorway is critical to making the bathroom plan work. How can that mass of pipes and wires be reduced?

The bathroom sink and tub will shift to the other side of the room. Isn't that a "great" 70's blue tub? The bathroom sink and tub will shift to the other side of the room. View from the hallway to the office, past the bathroom. The wall between the dining room and bathroom will be moved toward the bathroom, making the dining room bigger by almost 3 feet.

This closet is above the stairs. It goes away. Looking across the dining room to the kitchen, the upper cabinet will go away.

The dark old cabinets are going away. Especially the overhead one that is blocking the view to the sliding door in the dining room. Those useless soffits are going too. Where's Elizabeth?

The current entrance to the kitchen and the breezeway is up a few steps from the breezeway, then turn into the kitchen or go down 12 steps to the basement. Major changes coming here! Where is Elizabeth?
